All orders will be despatched within 6 working days for Asia. For all international orders will be despatched with 10 -12 working days. Please also allow extra 3 working days for all items that have been embossed or personalised.


We work our hardest to ensure your order is in your hands as soon as possible. This does mean that we are unable to make order and address amendments. We are also unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. 

Returns & Exchanges


Any 'on sale' or personalised items bought online will not be able to returns or exchange. For regular priced items, if for any reason the item you have ordered is not right for you, please returned it, unused, within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange only. The exchange could only process with the same price or higher. You will also be responsible for any return postage costs involved to return the order unless otherwise advised. Please note that items that have been embossed cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Step by step returns guide:


1. Please contact us with your order number. If the return is due to a fault, you maybe be required to provide photographic evidence before a return will be authorised.


2. Please carefully pack the items with the return form together. Please use recorded delivery to send back to us.

3. Refunds will be processed with 7-10 working days via the original method of payment. We are unable to guarantee the date the refund will credit your bank account as it will depend on your bank or credit card issuer.

Please be advised that you will be charged for the cost of return postage and any re-delivery charges for exchanges if the item isn’t faulty.
